Our story and our land

Tousant Family Farms is more than a piece of property to us—it’s home. Tucked away in the quiet countryside of South Georgia, it’s where we’ve built our life, raised our family, cared for our animals, and learned to appreciate the kind of beauty you only find when you get a little farther off the beaten path. From towering trees and winding trails to open fields, ponds, old structures, and all the wonderfully imperfect pieces of farm life in between, there is always something here worth discovering.

Over the years, we began to realize that many of the things we love most about our property are exactly what make it special on camera. It can feel peaceful and timeless in one direction, wild and forgotten in another, and downright eerie when the light changes. Rather than keeping all of that to ourselves, we decided to open the farm to filmmakers, photographers, and creative teams looking for a place with genuine character and room to bring an idea to life.

We love this land, and we want other people to have the opportunity to see what we see in it. Whether Tousant Family Farms becomes the backdrop for a single scene, an entire production, or simply the place where the perfect shot finally comes together, we’re excited to share a little piece of our home—and see the stories others choose to tell here.
