On-Site Transport & Equipment Access
Built for moving people, gear and production vehicles.
Established farm roads and trails make it practical to move cast, crew and equipment throughout much of the property. Trucks, trailers, utility vehicles and production equipment can reach many filming areas without lengthy carries or complicated load-ins.
Extended Shoots & Production Flexibility
The freedom rural production sometimes requires.
The private setting allows greater flexibility for early calls, late shoots, temporary set builds and multi-day productions. With Folkston nearby and Jacksonville within reach, productions can combine a secluded rural location with access to lodging, supplies and additional services. A single gated entry and exit point provides controlled access and added privacy for productions.
